July 28, 2017
ADK Consortium, Management Consultants in Infrastructure Development comprising of Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Civil and Service Engineers, last year, launched a charity campaign dubbed the "ADK Gifts of Hope Project”, initiated by Ing. Michael Krakue, Chairman of ADK Consortium with the ultimate aim of supporting needy and under privileged children in Ghana.
The "ADK Gifts of Hope Project" on Friday, 28 July, 2017 presented several quantities of emergency drugs, confectioneries and personal care consumables to the Children's Ward of the Greater Accra Regional Hospital, Ridge.
Items presented included bags of pampers and baby wipes, detergents, toiletries, toffees, biscuits, toys, fruit drinks, and most importantly the purchase of some emergency drugs for the treatment of needy children whose families cannot afford to buy their drugs for treatment.
The ADK Team represented by Projects Administrator, Mrs. Frimpomaa A. Ayim and Human Resources Manager, Ms. Marklina Dadzie, visited the bedsides of some of the sick children on admission and shared some confectioneries with them just to put smiles on their faces and to fast track their recovery process.
The Management and Staff of the Children's Ward expressed profound gratitude for the kind gesture and encouraged other Organizations to emulate ADK Consortium's good works.
ADK Consortium is committed to the "ADK Gifts of Hope Project" and believes that needy and under-privileged children can have a bright future if given the needed support and genuine assistance. ADK Consortium will continue touching lives, one step at a time!
